Wow! Almost halfway done with 2017!! Every year is moving faster and faster, would you agree? Luckily, Au Courant is going through growth and expansion. Yess darlings, I have lots planned to widen our reach and spread jewelry joy to more of the world! During this beautiful time of expansion, our website is going through some necessary improvements. Everything still works- meaning, you may order online as usual. But don't be surprised to see some minor nips, tucks, lifts, and other beautification changes happening to this site.

Welcome 2017!!

I always love the start of the year, and the gusto of energy propelling us towards our personal goals. My goals this year include:
- Bringing you new designs using the most flattering and versatile styles
- Using trends and quality materials to build your Jewelry Collection
- Introducing my Fine Jewelry Collection online and in person
- Continue collaborating with clients to create custom pieces
Recent moment: A client from Melrose Place asked me to create a pendant made of 14k White Gold and Diamonds to commemorate a special anniversary for her. The result, ammazingg. I work with my 30+ year experienced Jewelers, CAD (computer-aided design), metal smiths and craftsman to ensure a flawless result. LA Sorority Sista POP UP

So excited for this Friday 9/23! I will be doing a Pop Up Jewelry & Accessories Sale at the ADPi sorority house at USC. Alpha Delta Pi is a Panhellenic sorority with an awesome house on Frat Row. The sale is open to all of USC and the Greeks, here are the deets:

Help! My chokers don't fit!!!

Have any of you incurred this problem? You order a cute choker online but it doesn't fit when you get it. Luckily, I have a solution.

First off, most chokers come in a "standard adult size" between 10.5"-12.5". Quite the variance, posing the problem for those who have necks smaller or larger past the 3" extender chain. If you are a younger lady (kid-teens), or particularly slender- this is something you will most likely have to deal with.

Start by measuring your neck. If your neck falls below or near the description length (including the clasp), you have to get the choker adjusted to size. Most of the chokers I carry come in this size, unless I hand make it myself, by which I go for the 10"-10.5" length with a 3"-4" extension. If your neck measures past 13" you must add some more chain length.

As an added value to my customers, I adjust the chokers to fit when I sell in person on the spot. When purchasing the chokers online, please write your neck length/if you need a custom adjustment on the comment box =).
